Privacy Policy

When you send the contact form or a training inquiry, we receive your name, email address, phone number, company name if you add it, the training or service you asked about, and your message.

We use it to answer your request, prepare a quote or schedule, and follow up on that request. We do not sell it.

Like most websites, we record how the site is used: the pages you visit, your device and browser type, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and the page or ad that brought you here, including ad click identifiers and campaign (UTM) tags.

We also record when you tap a WhatsApp button, so we know which pages lead to conversations. The chat itself takes place on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel. They set cookies to measure visits and the results of our ads, and to show our ads to people who have visited this site.

When you send a form and have not declined advertising cookies, we also share a one-way hashed (SHA-256) copy of your email address, phone number and name with Google and Meta, so they can tell which ad led to your inquiry. They compare the hash with their own records; they do not receive the readable values from us.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are not tracked for advertising until they accept.

Use the cookie banner, or the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page, to accept or decline. Declining stops the Meta Pixel, switches Google tags to a mode that sets no cookies, and stops us sharing hashed contact details from your forms.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We use Cloudflare to host this site and protect its forms from spam (Turnstile), Mailgun to deliver form submissions to our inbox, and Google and Meta as described above. Each processes data under its own privacy terms, and some store data outside Indonesia.

Form submissions are kept as long as we need them to handle your request and any engagement that follows, and for as long as our legal and tax obligations require. Analytics and advertising data are kept according to the retention settings of Google and Meta.

Under Law No. 27 of 2022 you may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, or object to how it is processed. Contact us and we will respond within the time the law requires.
